Malek Ariel, aka MA

Hello Family,

As I was typing part fifty on Sunday after Church, I just knew that it was time to bring this to a close. I did not plan to end it because I still have a lot of good stuff left, but I was remind that all good things must come to an end. So, I did so with a very heavy heart and yes, I shed some tears because this has been a labor of love for me.  I thank God daily for the MA family and I even thank God for the many haters that told me to quit early on. I never intended for this thing to go and grow like it did, but I learned a long time ago that Malek is not in control of his life, God is. So many mornings, I would wake up and be so nervous about reading your comments. I knew that the family would judge hard and boy did you, but you always did so in love.

Anyone who thinks that writing a story is easy has obviously never actually finished one. After months -- or years -- of labor, when you’re looking at the final product, your work is still only half done. My next mountain to conquer: getting the word out and making this into a novel.

Well family, what are we going to do with ourselves; maybe the Prez will take us all on one of his trips. This is not the end but the beginning of something new.
