"Yo yo yo stop here" I yelled at the cab driver to stop at 253 Cannon avenue so I could get out and swoop up my niggahs. I left my Escalade there last night. I woulda drove it home but I was pissy drunk.

"Thats 20 dollars" The cab driver said in an arabic accent.

"Yeah iight whateva." I dugg into my Coogi jeans and handed the cab driver 30 dollars. 10 dollars was a tip for stoppin when I told him to.

"Oh 30 dollars! Thank you sir! God will bless you for this!" The cab driver yelled while tryin to get over to the passenger side.

"Iight" I blew his comment off and started walkin off to the Cannon Apartments. These apartments still look the same way as when I lived here. But it looks more flithy. Shit and I'm proud of this `cuz most niggahs dont think I'm from here. They be sayin they aint never see my ass on the streets, well shit here I am. I walked up to Building A and tried to open the door, it wouldnt budge. I  hope I dont have to use the damn intercom to be let in `cuz imma flip.I kept tryin to open the door until some dude came and opened it up for me.

"Ayo you seen me strugglin and aint even bother to help." I bent down and picked up my Nike back I dropped.

"My bad Cam.But yo ass shoulda used the lil shit right here to get in." The dude pointed to the intercom.When he turned and faced my way I seen it was my niggah Bernard. Bernard got locked up when I was 5 years ago when I was 15. He got locked up for some crazy shit and beatin up a snitch ass niggah. Bernard was 16 when that happened. I'm guessin they let dude out for good behavior,

"Ah shit Bernard I didnt even know that was you." I dapped him up.

"What? Fahreal bruh? Do I look that different?" Bernard started to laugh, this dude had a crazy ass laugh too.Last time I seen Bernard the niggah was skinny and had braids. Now he got all buff, cut his hair and got him a couple of tatts.

"Hell yeah niggah. You all brolic now and you cutt them shitty ass braids." I started rollin`.

"Shit you look a little different now too. Last time I seen you, you had them damn s curls and looked like you was on crack. But now you got a fade and the crack baby got fed." He clapped me on my back and laughed harder.

This dude had the same sense of humor he had a couple of years ago. I thought jail woulda changed him.Shit hopefully it did in some way becuz Bernard was one reckless ass dude.

"Aha you still got jokes. But bruh imma holla at you later. I'm about to go get my niggahs and roll out to the club." I started to walk to the elevator.

"Oh fahreal? You know a niggah cant go. A niggah on house arrest and probation." He flashed the black  ankle braclet.

"Damn they shoulda just kept yo ass in jail for all that. But how long you on?"

"I'm on house arrest for 6 months and probation for 1 + 1/2 years."

"Ahh niggah that'll be ova before you know it. But imma get at you lata." I dapped Bernard up and headed my way back to the elevator.Bernard headed back to his apartment a couple of feet away.2 minutes the elevator came and my niggahs Jay and Tyreke came off the elevator.

"Oh shit I was about to come get yall." I stepped back so they can get off the elevator.

"Whateva man you got the car ready?" Jay asked.

"The car niggah? What about that weed?" Tyreke asked.

"Yo I got that dont worry.But lets roll out so we could get in while its not packed." I said to Jay andTyreke. They both nodded their heads and I lead the way to my creme Escalade.
