It was time to party. Velle and Nikki were celebrating their birthday and everyone who was anyone was there along with a few somebodies, who weren’t sure how they had been invited.  The twins had spared no expense, using the one of their upscale nightclubs to throw their celebratory bash.  There were giant ice sculptures of the twin’s initials, with an enormous birthday cake that featured pictures of birthdays past air brushed into the layers, the buffet table looked like something one would find on a cruise ship with every kind of food imaginable, and to top it off an open bar.  There was an extensive wait staff, all dressed in formal attire and ready to attend to every whim of the party guests.  They had dancers shaking it up in cages that were suspended from the ceiling.  They had flown in both local and national talent with rumor spreading that ...
