Addicted will not be finished or continued.  I can't say that I will never finish it but at this time I cannot devote the time required to properly maintain and finish it. Work and family have made it damn near impossible to do anything but wake up, work and prepare for the next day. Plus, the last post was taking the story somewhere I hadn't intended to go. I'm sorry to anyone who was reading this story and wanted to know where it was going and how it was going to end but I don't even know where I was going with it anymore.  Thanks so much for reading and your support when others had negative things to say.  You don't know how much that meant to me. For awhile, I will only be a reader and when I post it will only be short stories that I can start and finish in one or two posts. Just wanted to give the readers a heads up before I faded into the background for awhile...but ...

RIPPED & READY – TRANSITIONAL MESSAGE

Ripped & Ready Family, I am humbled by your unyielding support of this project and feel so very blessed by all of the interest and sincere love you have shown throughout the course of this run, for the characters as well as for its storyline.    
My emotions are all over the place right now writing this message to all of you because I am filled with so much joy about the family that has been created as a result of this story.

RIPPED & READY (PART LXIX)
 
          I stood there beside my car, watching the taillights of the Escalade as it made its way out of the complex.  My knees were shaking and my heart’s rapid pace started returning to normal.  Peewees’ grab and feel session registered 10.0 on the Richter scale (It was a house-quake without the house).  I remember Collin’s aggressiveness at M6, and it was a total turn on for me, but Peewees’ created a fear in me because I knew that he was the real deal (He has killed people before). 
          I know a lot of people who wanted to be with a thug, but I knew without a doubt I wasn’t one of them.  That lifestyle had to be a constant adrenaline rush because you always had to sleep with one eye open. ...
